Every team of 10 or more agents includes a dedicated Team Leader, Quality Analyst, and Trainer at no additional cost. This ensures our service delivery is of the highest quality and consistent.

Team Leader : 1 Dedicated Team Leader for every 10 agents (no additional cost)
- They will Conduct Daily 30-min reviews with Agents
- They will Provide a weekly performance report to management
- They will Host a Quarterly 1-hr in-person Strategic Review with your leadership team
Quality Analyst : 1 Dedicated Quality Analyst for up every 20 agents (no additional cost)
- 6%-10% Tickets per agent will be reviewed and feedback provided to the agent.
Trainer : 1 Dedicated Trainer for up to 20 agents (no additional cost)
- They will Provide initial training to new hires as well as ongoing training to existing agents.
Admin : All required HR and Administration costs for the team members including :-
- Hiring and Onboarding
- Desktop and Internet
- Security Tools
